Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, it is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath - it is commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. 

Our fantastic instructor Andrea teaches a mindful movement class with strong emphasis on the breathing, moving the body to build strength and flexibility and ending the session in full relaxation. Vinyasa allows for a lot of variety so you can expect to move mindfully, from pose to pose.
