Attending our yoga classes will strengthen your muscles and joints, improve your posture, and you’ll switch off, relax and feel grounded. The class delivers a complete, challenging workout for the whole body with traditional sequences of yoga postures. Our instructor teaches a powerful, mixed ability asana-based yoga class; beginners to advanced yogi are welcome! You can experience an unbroken lineage of teaching stretching back thousands of years - unmodernised, highly-energising and deeply relaxing yoga as it was meant to be practiced.

Through our flowing warm-up sequence, to the inverted postures, forward bends, backward bends, twists and lateral postures, practicing yoga will strengthen and lengthen all the muscles of the body. We particularly stretch the spinal cord, the central conduit of the nervous system – this may be what is responsible for the dramatic energising and relaxing effects of this style of yoga.
