Our term-time swimming lessons for adults are designed to be flexible and affordable, with prices starting from as little as £12 per lesson with our experienced and qualified teachers. We support all swimmers to progress and take the plunge, whatever their level of ability. Fully inclusive and suitable for all abilities.

Adult swimming lessons for beginners promote water confidence and develop core aquatic skills which enable a solid foundation to start learning the strokes. Swimming lessons for intermediates are for those who are able to swim at least one pool length on their front and back - these lessons will further improve stroke technique and develop on previous core skills learnt with an introduction to deep water.
